if the firewall tool finds iptables it will shutdown ipchains and use
iptables... if iptables is not found it will use ipchains. iptables is A
LOT better than ipchains and is going to be the "default" tool (on linux)
becasue of it's vast features. Stateful firewalls are very nice. :)
