How do you get the hole thing compiled?

I've downloaded gnome-storage from the cvs and compiled several
libraries, but now i'm stuck in the vfs module, it gives me lots of 
errors.

I'm working with Debian too, I use Sarge (testing), so, what version
do you use?, Do you remember what development library packages do you
have to apt-get?
