[Shotwell] Usability suggestions (Gnome notifications)

I realized that, much, much later after cursing in different languages. ;)
But how is a newbie supposed to know?

Moreover, since shotwell displays its own gnome notification, is it too
hard to code a third option in that notification dubbed "do nothing from
now own" dialog that sets a global flag somewhere, and hence on further
calls to the program, the notification routine is byassed?

Otherwise, what you risk is users getting mad with it and uninstalling the
package, like I did.

(I' ll never disable system-wide notifications, because those are good and
serve a purpose, ie, print notficiations).
