[Shotwell] Install Vala 0.11.3??

Hi,

First you should have Vala-0.10.2 tarball.
All information about installation you can find in this tar just unpack
and rear INSTALL file.
The simplest way is to type 3 commands in the source directory:
./configure
make
sudo make install
