[Shotwell] Final call for testing: Shotwell 0.8.1

Obviously Shotwell doesn't ship with libraw as far as the distros are
concerned -- we're at their mercy there.

As far as the libraw on our PPA, we do have a ticket to upgrade that to
0.12: http://trac.yorba.org/ticket/2583  I think it's worthwhile to at least
consider it for the release, so I've upped the ticket.
