[Shotwell] Final call for testing: Shotwell 0.8.1

Jim,

What version of LibRAW will 0.8.1 ship with? 0.9.1 like 0.8 or a more
recent version? Considering the number of new camera support added in
LibRAW 0.10 and 0.11, it might be worth shipping the latest one.
