[Shotwell] Dangerous imports and potential loss of photos

I agree. Indeed, I've opened a ticket called "Import with 'Copy to
Library' after 'Import in Place' should copy photos to library
directory" in the Shotwell bug database here:
http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4023. I've milestoned this ticket to
be fixed in the next major release of Shotwell, 0.12, so I hope we can
actually fix this in the next release or two of Shotwell. Thanks for
your insight!
