[Shotwell] enhancement request: return flickr url after upload

That solution would work for me, but I'm not sure everyone would want
such tags in their photos. When I made the suggestion, I wasn't sure
where the url would go in the exif header of the image. I'm not
familiar enough the exif specification to know what fields are
available (or if it's just xml and easy to add additional fields).
