Vala 0.13 was released well into our release cycle, so it wasn't possible
for Shotwell 0.11.  We'll fix the issues in 0.12.

However, note that Shotwell compiles just fine with Vala 0.13 if you disable
fatal warnings in the Shotwell makefile.  See the following ticket for more
