I confirm this issue. It only happens to the photos I modified with GIMP 
or some other photo editing software. The problems seem to start when 
importing the photos, because when you look in the 'photo.db' file, the 
values of 'exposure_time', 'thumbnail_md5' and 'exif_md5' are all empty 
(null). Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix this.
