[sabayon] LDAP support for sabayon

I just commited some initial work on LDAP support for sabayon. Its a
pretty flexible system, while at the same time pretty simple. I wrote
some docs on how it works:

Do we have any LDAP users on the list interested in trying this out?
Does it seem to make sense? Is there something missing from it?
