I plan to move gail into gtk+ in GNOME 2.20. Before it, I need to move
some code into libgnome-canvas first. I am waiting libgnome-canvas'
maintainer review the patch. But still, maybe we can't catch up with
GNOME 2.20. Then I will do it in GNOME 2.22.

Move it into gtk+.
