[Rhythmbox-devel] statusbar with tooltips complete.

Walters,

Please check out my tree for my changes to rb to add tooltips to
the statusbar.  I do have one issue with it.  The shuffle and Repeat 
checkboxes are offset towards the middle of the window.  I'm not sure
that it's in a visibily pleasing location.
