application/x-gst-tags is deprecated and I hope it wouldn't work here.
m4a files are one of the new cool AAC/mpeg4 files that use the Quicktime
file structure.
GStreamer and gnome-vfs use video/quicktime as the mime type there, though
in reality it's only audio nowadays.
