You can grab a recent rhythmbox package from here :
http://yarrow.freshrpms.net/rpm/rhythmbox

As well as the dependencies from the list on the left. Then update gstreamer
and install at least gstreamer-plugins-mp3, and eventually (for mp4 playback)
the gstreamer-plugins-extras too.

If you configure yum to use freshrpms.net :
yum install gstreamer-mp3 rhythmbox
