[Rhythmbox-devel] ERROR-There us no plugin installed to handle a MP3 file

I installed build 0.8.5 buy running ./configure then make and then make install then I did the same thing with the libid3tag-0.15.0b module for mp3's.

I still get this error "There us no plugin installed to handle a MP3 file"

I even rebooted.  I did not see any errors during the installs.
