[Rhythmbox-devel] gst-plugins bug

I found there is a problem with recent versions of gst-plugins. With
gst-plugins-0.8.5 and either rhythmbox 0.8.5 or Rhythmbox 0.8.8 and
either gstreamer 0.8.5 or 0.8.7 the following error results when trying
to import an itunes encoded aac file into rhythmbox the following error
results and no file is added:

(process:23101): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: file gsttypefind.c: line 302
(gst_type_find_suggest): assertion `gst_caps_is_fixed (caps)' failed 

Already imported files play fine. Also importing works fine with
gst-plugins-0.8.2. This made me think it was a gstreamer bug, so I
reported this bug

However, perhaps its something to do with rhythmbox.

Anyway I hope something gets sorted out - I don't want to be frozen out
of future gstreamer updates because of incompatibility with rhythmbox...
