It seems like you're missing the indent program. On my gentoo it's from
the dev-util/indent package:

*  dev-util/indent
      Latest version available: 2.2.9
      Latest version installed: 2.2.9
      Size of downloaded files: 662 kB
      Homepage:    http://www.gnu.org/software/indent/indent.html
      Description: Indent program source files
      License:     GPL-2

It shouldn't be hard to find this for JDS.
