Yep, done - I've added you to: http://web.rhythmbox.org/keyring.gpg I know you said you didn't have any webspace at the moment; feel free to use the main archive for any branches you want to work on (e.g. --sqlite). Alternatively you can make an archive on your local machine and hack there without publishing it, and merge stuff into rb-devel@.
