libxml2 and libxslt compilation bugs

Hi Daniel,
The most recent libxml2 and libxslt tarballs don't compile for me;
it'd be nice to avoid shipping 2.15.2 with patches to fix the build
problems if it's possible. It appears there are two issues, both
addressed in bug 340163[1]. I know this is pretty short notice, but
is there any chance you could look over the suggested changes, see if
they are correct, and, if so, roll new tarballs? Sorry for the
headache.

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/teams/releng/2.15.2/ for the most
recent tarballs; bug-340163.patch applies to both modules, while
fix-python-path.patch just applies to libxml2.
