Hard Code Freeze is not yet in place (shouldn't it start at midnight
UTC?) and I understand Sylpheed is not part of GNOME project, but it is
a quite popular GTK based mail client.

This comment refers to the second attachment, already committed some
days ago. The patch didn't touch C source code, just one line in an XML
data file and didn't break any freeze.

Of course if hard code freeze is already started I stop here and wait
next development cycle for applying the patch.
