Note that fatalerror recently made download.gnome.org to redirect
to ftp.g.o/pub/GNOME.  So, everybody can start using the shorter,
handier, and less confusing (http://ftp?!) URLs like:

  desktop  - http://download.gnome.org/desktop/2.13/2.13.91/NEWS
  admin    - http://download.gnome.org/admin/2.13/2.13.91/NEWS
  bindings - http://download.gnome.org/bindings/2.13/2.13.91/NEWS

install-module has been updated to use this domain already.
