evolution-webcal branched

I've just released evolution-webcal 2.6.0, and branched from there for
gnome-2-14, so that development work can happen on HEAD, particularly,
implementation of the gnome goals bits.
Subsequently, HEAD now requires CVS intltool, and uses po/LINGUAS, to
finish off one of the goals fir evolution-webcal, and 2.7.0 has been
released with this change as well.
