GnomeMeeting 1.2.1

Hello,

I have uploaded the 1.2.1 tarball on master.gnome.org, and executed
install-module.

It depends on openh323 and pwlib releases found on www.seconix.com and
that will ship on www.gnomemeeting.org on Wednesday.

However, I have a question. I have not tagged/branched yet.

Actually, HEAD development will be happening in the "opal" branch. Is it
better if I :
- tag and branch for gnome 2.10
- move the opal branch to head?
