We have 2 days before we freeze it for translation, so please do take
this chance to check the release notes. It will be very awkward to make
changes afterwards.

As usual, this is a draft and should absolutely not be distributed or
linked to widely.
The screenshots are not done yet, though some placeholders from 2.8
exist.
