I didn't poke becuase I figured it was essentially considered 'done'
by you at this point. I did not take into account the translations and
win32 work.

Yes. Well, not 'all', but enough that I'm not too worried on a quality count.

I don't see any objections from the QA team perspective, and I assume
that this is a big plus for translation and portability, so... no
objections here, at least. anyone else?
