[Planner] File -> Import -> Database ... Where is it?

I'm evaluating Planner for my co., both the Windows version and the
Linux version.

Despite documentation to the contrary, I can't seem to locate the import
from/export to database option in the File pulldown.

Am I just being a big goob and missing it?  Is there some sort of config
that I haven't found to turn it on?
