It might be something like libgnomeprint(ui) or libgnomecups not being
properly setup or maybe not working correctly in OSX.
By the way, it also looks like you don't have hicolor-icon-theme
installed, you need that as well even if it's not related to this
problem.

libgnomecups was not installed, libgnomeprint(also ui) were. Installed
libgnomecups (0.1.6 from fink) and rebuilt planner, but get the same
errors.
