[Planner] Planner maintainership

Hi all,

As you probably have noticed, I have not been very active when it comes
to Planner development lately. I simply don't have the time or
inclination these days to keep maintaining Planner, so it's only fair to
step down from the maintainership more "officially".

If someone wants to get involved and start hacking on Planner, I will
try to help getting you started - just let me know if you are
interested. I really recommend trying out bazaar
(http://bazaar.canonical.com/) in combination with the bazaar team's
mirror of Planner. This will let you create a local branch easily so you
can experiment freely. You can read more about this on the Planner
development site: http://developer.imendio.com/wiki/Planner_with_Bazaar.

The developer site wiki and the mailing lists will of course still be
hosted by Imendio and keep running.
