[Planner] Flagging resource usage contention

Hi,

I'm not sure how this is called, but is there a way to ask Planner to
show resources that are used more than they should? For example, if I
say that a user has to complete 4 2-day tasks in one week (5 days), it
should be flagged.

Does anyone understnd what I'm talking about?
