These were supposed to be added into 0.12 but at a late stage in
creating 0.12 we discovered a bug,
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140561
so the SF and FF relations were commented out.

Probably time to revisit this given we now have a new scheduler.
