[Planner Dev] Hint Lines Patch

Hi All,

I just committed the hint lines patch contributed by Nguyễn Thái Ngọc
Duy via http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303374

I'm actually wondering now if it wouldn't be better named 'Show Guide
Lines' - perhaps it would be more descriptive of what it does.
Opinions?

I also updated the user guide to reflect the new view feature.
