That's right, I need to bring the user guide up to date and then we'll
be about ready to launch.  

What's the issue with 2.8.15?  FC5 uses 2.8.15-1, and Planner seems to
work fine there, although I need to take another look at the compile
warnings (had to compile --with-compile-warnings=no on FC5).
