I can't change target milestone. There is very little that I can do 
about those bugs. (Add a comment apparently)

Well since I got that long-term project (telecom network resource 
management) from hands I have time, energy (and motivation) to kick 
Planner forward.

Hopefully someone has time to look my fixes and probably commit them if 
they appear to be sane enough.
