Richard - can you reconsider this for...

..because if people do upgrade to Planner v0.12 then other people
using planner <= 0.11 can't open those Plans. Providing an Export
As... option is a nice way around this one-way upgrade path.

I have a patch (re-using existing writer stuff for export to
HTML and working on XSL for Planner-> Planner (which is quite easy :)
