Pango ellipsization

Hi,

I just modified pango-language-profile.c (you'll have to recompile it by
hand) to use a fixed width for the PangoLayouts, and to use
ellipsization for them.  With this, _pango_layout_line_ellipsize() jumps
to being 25% of the running time.

So, let's shave that baby piece by piece :)
