CORBA_ORB_shutdown() ==> AdapterInactive Exception

Hi,

I am getting an AdapterInactive exception when calling
CORBA_ORB_shutdown(). I reads the state of the root poa just before
calling shutdown and it is active as I would expect it to be.

The exception is thrown from poa.c line 1114.

Anyone out there with a clue as to why is this happening?

The call chain is:

CORBA_ORB_shutdown ==> 
PortableServer_POA_destroy ==> 
ORBit_POA_destroy_T_R ==> 
ORBit_POA_deactivate ==>
traverse_cb==>
ORBit_POA_deactivate_object_T ==>
epv->finalize ==> BOOM!
