Hi problems with IOR'S in Linux to Win32

and IOR IS very small

why  when i tried to connect a client in Win32 with VBORB , or delphi  +
visibroker with the IOR of ORBIT2 of  linux  cannot readed ?

Now i tried with Orbit1 but the IOR is independant of the Operating systems
right?
Exist ior-decode for Orbit1 ?
exist any form to cotroller the size of te IOR ?
