./orbit-name-server-2 -ORBIIOPIPName=localhost -ORBIIOPIPSock=4444 -ORBCorbaloc=1 -ORBIIOPIPv4=1 --key=NameService

The output will look the same but you should be able to use:

corbaloc:iiop:1 2 localhost:4444/NameService
