orbitcpp works for me

orbitcpp now works for me on my new RH7.3 setup. I don't know what the problem
was on my old RH7.2.

(orbitcpp is the new ORBit2 C++ mapping, which will be used by gnomemm. - C++
will no longer be merged with ORBit2 itself.)

As soon as I can manage to build GNOME2 over my dial-up, I'll change the
bonobomm stuff to use this instead. Or someone else could do that for me.
