The POA is not a pain if you're interested in using what it
has to offer. GNOME/Bonobo isn't interested in this, but don't forget
that there are many other users of ORBit2 who want to use CORBA in a
completely different manner than Bonobo - these people just want a
CORBA compliant ORB.
