ORBit2-2.3.95 Installation (linc ERROR)

Hi All,
 I tried to install "ORBit2-2.3.95" on the LINUX
machine. For that I required "glib", so i installed
"glib-1.3.2.tar.gz". Then "linc" is required to
Install Orbit. I diwnloaded "linc-0.1.5.tar.gz" &
tried to Install this. But while Installing(ata the
time of make) it gives ERROR in linc.c file. And not
able to Install it.

 The ERROR is like Below:

Can any one pls. explain me where i m wrong OR still
any setting are required.
