Leak in CORBA_ORB_object_to_string

Hi,
I've filed bug #55906 after uncovering what seems to be a leak in
object_to_string; I've triggered this through ORBit-Python's stress test
suite. I've had a look at the code, and apart from the codec (which seems
to be using codec_d's memory, so in principle it looks okay) everything
seems to be okay. Anyone have time to look into it?
