No, because the C-language mapping is aligned to CORBA 2.2 only. If
someone decides supporting valuetypes he would have to think about a
reasonable C mapping for value-types, which makes the task somehow more
complex....
I think Kennard White had value-types as a TODO on his list but he left
the project some time ago....
