TypeCode marshalling bugs in 0.5 stable

Hi Elliot,

Would you mind holding fire on releasing ORBit-0.5.7 for a couple of
days. I've been writing some tests for TypeCodes (marshalling) and
have discovered lots of bugs. I think I've nailed them all now but I
need another evening to make sure.
