Not a problem, for now I will wrap around libpreviking as I think it 
will be better to wait for ORBit-2 before we start using a C++ orb.

Is there any expected timescale for this.  I am also interested in 
working on the Notification service for ORBit, I assume I should work on 
the ORBit-2 codebase?
