RepoID's for system exceptions.

Hi all,

In ORBit 0.5.6, the repo-id's for system exceptions are defined in env.c as
(eg) "IDL:CORBA/BAD_PARAM:1.0", shouldn't that be
"IDL:omg.org/CORBA/BAD_PARAM:1.0" since all OMG specified stuff is supposed
to be wrapped in a #prefix "omg.org" in the (P)IDL. CORBA::ORBit and
omniORB both include the prefix.

Perhaps this is known, but can't be fixed if you want to maintain binary
compatibility with old versions of ORBit?
