Problem with errors in starting nm-applet

When I start nm-applet I get the following errors:
(nm-applet:5719): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property
`urgency_hint'
for class `GtkDialog'
(nm-applet:5719): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property

I don't know what these errors mean. Do anyone else?
