Network Manager probleme

I don't know if you can help me (I didn't see any help for me on the Internet)
So I'm working on et Stable Debian (on aA6K-Q014H Asus laptop) ,
NetworkManager is runing, but is no detecting my devinces (wire  and
wireless lspci result :
0000:00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10) and 0000:00:09.0 Network controller:
Broadcom Corporation: Unknown device 4318 (rev02)
), I was looking to had them by hand but y don't know where I can do it.
Read on "http://www.redhat.com/magazine/003jan05/features/networkmanager/";
than NetorkManager was using HAL so I install it on my computeur but
he isn't detect my network device.
Do you think you can help me?
