Yes.
What you could try with is to use ndiswrapper,
and use the windowsdriver to it. I'm using a couple of
cards thatway in nm without worries. :)
Eh, I would not do this -- Linux drivers are available.
On SLED10, ipw3945 and NM work fine out-of-the-box, although there are
a few known bugs in the driver.
Perhaps try a more recent driver and firmware.
